I was teaching 2 years ago when I realized I wanted to make a career change & leave the classroom. I applied to hundreds of jobs with no luck, until I realized I was missing some crucial job search strategies.
I did all this while teaching full time, and I totally understand the need to work on a job search with limited time in a day!
Hi, I'm Autumn!
I was a classroom teacher for four years before changing my career path. I loved teaching and felt like it was my calling in life until 2020.
I decided that I wanted to explore other options outside of teaching. I spent a lot of time and energy figuring out what that looked like for me.
I looked for endlessly for resources tailored for teachers leaving the classroom and couldn't find what I was looking for, so I developed my own framework to leave teaching and find the perfect job.
I help teachers with career clarity, resume writing, and job search strategies, but I also understand mindset blocks and imposter syndrome are a part of the journey, too.
I landed my job outside of teaching two years ago, and I can't wait to help you do the same!

Classroom to Corporate was created specifically to serve teachers & school staff in a way I haven’t seen done before. After hearing so many people bring awareness about not knowing how to leave the classroom or having the support to do so (& me struggling myself), I decided it was time for something better.

This is for any teacher, administrator, professor, or school employee that is ready to move into a new corporate job.
Classroom to Corporate is always open! Once you are accepted into the program, you can get started right away!
Classroom to Corporate is a 6-month program. It is recommended to dedicate 2-5 hours/week throughout our time together to stay on pace; however, there is an option to extend the program as needed. Apply here to learn more about pricing and extended payment plans beginning at less than $100/month.
There are two 1:1 calls that will be scheduled based on your availability. There are weekly group calls that take place one evening during the week. All calls are recorded and can be rewatched as needed. There is also a private Slack channel to lean into for support outside of calls as well!
This is amazing & we love to celebrate new job wins! It doesn't end there though. You will have access to support to help you establish new boundaries in the workplace to maintain a better work/life balance, salary hacks, keep growing your network, and more!
